How do I add a user (such as my tax preparer) to my QBO account?

Once you log in to QBO,

  1. Go to Settings (the gear icon)
  2. Under “Your Company” select “Manage Users"
  3. In the User tab, select “Add User”
  4. Go through the prompts accordingly.
