In QBO file, how do I set up Products/Services for invoicing my customers?

  1. Navigate to Sales
  2. Products and Services
  3. Select the “New” button at the top of the screen
  4. Select “Non-inventory” - for Pocket purposes you’ll want to create your products as Non-inventory products
  5. Name - Type in the name of your product in the Name field
  6. Income Account - select “Sales of Product Income - Invoices and Cash”
  7. Select Save and Close
