I’ve connected my bank account to Pocket. Doesn’t the Pocket team have access to my bank?

When you connect your bank account(s) to Pocket, all that means is that the Pocket platform will pull transactions in from your bank account(s). This connection is made via Plaid.

The Pocket support team does not have access to log into your bank account.
