How does Pocket handle data from 3rd party apps?

There are many apps and tools that are commonly used in your financial ecosystem, to perform functions such as bill pay (i.e. Bill.com) and payroll (i.e. Gusto). Although QBO allows users to connect those apps to QBO, we recommend that you do not connect those apps to QBO. Instead, you can create vendor and keyword mapping rules in Pocket to categorize the transactions from those 3rd party apps. As an example, if you use Gusto for your payroll, you can create a rule to categorize all Gusto cash outflow transactions to an account, "Payroll Expense."
