Connecting Your Business Bank Account: Managing Personal Sub-Accounts

When connecting your business bank account, you may encounter a situation where personal sub-accounts are also linked. Here's how to manage this:

  • Initial Connection: When connecting the bank account, all sub-accounts will be included by default. This is normal and expected.
  • Proceed with Connection: Continue with the connection process, even if you see personal accounts included.
  • Post-Connection Management: After the connection is established, you can manage the sub-accounts on the Pocket connection screen.
  • Toggling Off Personal Accounts: On the Pocket connection screen, you will see all connected sub-accounts. Use the toggle feature to turn off any personal accounts you don't want to include.


  • Data Exclusion: Once an account is toggled off, data from that account will not be pulled or included in your Ecoverde financial data.

This process allows you to connect the main KeyBank account while still maintaining separation between business and personal finances.
