How does Pocket handle non-traditional digital banks such as QBO bank account?

Pocket uses Plaid to connect your bank and credit card accounts to the Pocket platform. Although most major financial institutions are integrated with Plaid, there are some financial institutions (i.e. smaller/local/regional banks/credit unions, or even digital banks) that are not integrated with Plaid.

If the bank is unable to be connected to Pocket, it limits the ability for detailed transactions to be loaded into the platform. Please refer to the Scope of Service: Non-Plaid bank accounts and credit card accounts article for more details.
